PROPOSED SUBMISSION & ACCEPTANCE PROCESS
A clear path through evaluation.
PRAXIS proposes the following seven-stage process to support research quality and scholarly credibility. The submission system and final review arrangements are not yet available.
Online paper submission
Once opened, the official submission system is intended to receive research manuscripts and provide a unique tracking reference. The submission link and deadlines will be published on this page.
Preliminary editorial screening
The scientific committee or designated editorial team will assess relevance to the research tracks, completeness, academic presentation, formatting, basic research quality, clarity, originality and ethics compliance. Manuscripts that do not meet the requirements may be returned for correction or declined.
Academic peer review
Eligible full papers are intended to undergo evaluation by qualified reviewers. Where appropriate, double-blind review is proposed to support impartial evaluation. The edition’s confirmed guidelines will specify the applicable arrangements.
Originality and contribution to knowledge
Clarity of research objectives
Theoretical foundation
Methodological rigor
Data analysis and interpretation
Quality of discussion and conclusions
Practical and scientific significance
Overall academic presentation
Editorial decision
Decisions must be based on academic merit and documented review outcomes. The proposed decision categories are:
Accepted: academic requirements satisfied.
Accepted subject to minor revisions: limited corrections before confirmation.
Major revisions required: substantial improvement and further evaluation.
Rejected: academic or thematic requirements not met.
Notification of acceptance
An official acceptance notification is intended to identify the paper title, author details, submission reference and acceptance status, together with presentation instructions, registration requirements and applicable deadlines.
Registration and presentation
Accepted authors complete the applicable registration requirements and confirm their presentation mode. On-site presentations in Kuala Lumpur and online presentations through an approved platform are subject to the edition’s final programme. Schedules will be communicated following programme finalization; 2027 fees are to be announced.
Certificates and research dissemination
Participants who fulfill the relevant requirements may receive an appropriate attendance or research-presentation certificate, with issuance based on verified participation records. Certificate types and requirements will be confirmed for each edition. Dissemination or publication opportunities, when available, remain subject to separate editorial policies, publisher requirements and any additional review.
Acceptance for conference presentation does not guarantee journal publication or indexing.
